What items are returnable?
We’re confident that you’ll love your new BLUNT Umbrella, however if not 100% satisfied we offer returns/exchanges on full priced, unused items within 30 days from the purchase date.
Refunds and exchanges will only be processed if items are in original, resellable condition, and in its original unmarked box with hang tags. If returned in unsellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and will return the item(s) back to you.
Please note: Returns/exchanges only apply to purchases made online at bluntumbrellas.co.nz We do not accept returns from Stockists/resellers. Please get in touch with your original place of purchase to do so.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
Are there any charges for return?
- There is a one time $5 restocking fee.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
